    By default, as required by Department of Transportation, your belongings will be covered with free BASIC coverage of $1.00 per pound per article (item). However, you can additionally insure your items, by going through a 3rd party insurance company, and choosing the level of liability & deductible levels. We recommend movinginsurance.com.

  • DO YOU HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?

    Yes, will prepare & send your Certificate of Insurance before the move, upon your reservation with us. Our moving consultants will walk you through process and make it simple – COIs will be sent to you and your building’s management, as an email attachment.

  • IS TIPPING INCLUDED IN THE OVERALL COST OF BILLING?

    A tip is not included in your moving quote – while tipping is completely up to client’s discretion, if you are fully satisfied with your moving crew performances, we recommend tipping in the amount of 15-20% of a move total.

  • CAN I BUY PACKING SUPPLIES?

    Yes, we can provide you will all your packing needs.

  • DO I NEED TO EMPTY MY DRAWERS?

    Your dressers and generally all the furniture pieces should be empty before your move, for a safe and proper move. If you upgraded your moving quote with us and requested full packing service – please leave this part of the job to our moving crew!

  • WHAT IS THE TYPICAL PROCESS WITH WORKING WITH A NEW CUSTOMER?

    Moving can be stressful, so we do most of the work for you. Here is a step-by-step guide for our process of working with a new customer. 

    We'll take down your information such as your name and the addresses they are moving to and from. We'll go over your inventory if you're unsure of your inventory.Once we have these details, we will go over any extra services you may want: packing, unpacking, boxes etc. Then you will receive a quote with no hidden fees.A personal moving representative will be available to answer any questions before your move, should they come up. Such as if you have to adjust your inventory. A confirmation of move is made the day before and will include the time your moves will arrive
